Dry fasting is considered dangerous due to lack of research, but dry fasting seems to be the best way to lose weight in a quick and easy manner.
Dry fasting… is for weight loss. Wet fasting, IF, and exercise suck for weight loss.
Day 1: Dry fast (no food or water/ salt, meds, vitamins only)
Day 2: Dry fast (no food or water/ salt, meds, vitamins only)
Day 3: Wet fast (no food- salt/ water, meds, vitamins only)
Day 4: Dry fast (no food or water/ salt, meds, vitamins only)
Day 5: Dry fast (no food or water/ salt, meds, vitamins only)
The above 5 days (standing on your head easy) will lose me 19lbs. 15lbs after refeeding.
That is 3 pounds every single day… no other weight loss method comes within farting distance.. You would lose 1 pound running a marathon as a comparison.
So… I can lose 3 pounds lying in bed watching netflix.. while some poor guy is out there running 26 miles and only losing one pound.
Dry fasting is three times as healthy on paper as wet fasting so the above five days is equal to 13 days wet fasting… with 8 more days of pizza (huge if you fast).
If you fail a dry fast it often means you just drink water.
Dry fasting seems to have less hunger.. so my go-to 5 days is easier than a 5 day wet fast.
It is NOT WATER WEIGHT. You’re taking daily salt. It is fat cells autophagized for the 7% water content.. gone forever.

Dangers?: Some suggest dry fasting is dangerous… but certainly not for just one day or two. alternate days between wet fasting and dry fasting if you have concerns… it is just under-researched.
Warning: This post is based on personal experience. The author wishes he had done dry fasting many years earlier. Consult a doctor or do at your own risks.
I do this every 6 months… I find weight loss so easy now I dont even care if I add pounds over the holiday.
5 days is good… but extend another wet and 2 dry days or more…
This is the formula.. you do as you desire.
I was 300lbs and now I’m thin and under 200lbs. I should speak in Kilograms. I’ve lost 45kg.
Srsly!
Good luck.. and spread the word after your first five days.
